Our 50 Dance Scratch Off Poster is designed for dancers who are already involved in achieving their dance goals and who already belong to a dance studio.  These 50 dance moves range from very beginner to very advanced moves, and should not be attempted without prior training and stretching.  It is an aid to the time and effort you put in for your dancing, a guide to help you achieve those goals you are working hard towards.
